FAQ – all questions covered from Active Kids Adventure Park
Sorry we only allow guide dogs for the blind into the Adventure Park. If you could ensure your assistance dog is wearing their respective identifying jacket we would appreciate that a lot.
There are many local dog walking trails nearby if one of your party would like to entertain your four-legged friend whilst others are in the adventure park. We ask that dogs are not left unattended in cars.
Due to limited capacity in the park all of our tickets sales are through our website. Please note any tickets purchased online will have a £1.75 transaction fee applied to the basket value. Tickets are are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
There is wheel chair access from the car park into the indoor area and throughout the Adventure Park, however visitors should be aware that the Adventure Park paths are not always flat surfaces.
Most of our equipment is adult friendly! Adults can have just as much fun the kids and they can can use all of the equipment too! We encourage Family Fun!
We have toilet facilities both inside the coffee shop and outside in the park. Disable toilet and nappy change stations are avaiable.
We do try to accommodate different dietary requirements, however all our food is prepared where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present.

Yes this is acceptable to do so and we have plenty of picnic benches, shelters and grass space throughout the park to allow for picnic blankets. We do not allow barbecues outside or picnics in the café.
